Featuring premium audiophile design at an affordable price, the Marantz PM5005 stereo integrated amplifier features all-analog circuitry from input to output, and delivers wide frequency response, high dynamic range along with true low impedance drive capability and is rated to handle both 8 ohms and 4 ohms speakers.
Featuring current feedback power amplifier circuitry (a Marantz innovation), the power amplifier section also features pure discrete analog circuitry along with multiple high current discrete power output devices that are easily able to handle lower impedance loads and deliver high instantaneous peak current capability.
Rated at 40 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 55 watts per channel into 4 ohms, the PM5005 features A and B speaker outputs, for two sets of stereo speakers, or for bi-wiring with compatible stereo speakers.
The deluxe remote control provides discrete source input buttons, and includes additional buttons for direct control of the matching Marantz CD5005 player and Marantz Network Audio Players.

Marantz PM6006
The PM6006 is an upgraded successor of the multi-award-winning PM6005. We've retained the pre-amp and power-amp sections that exclusively feature discrete components - not a single IC in sight of the signal path. The PM6006 is upgraded for peak current at the amplifier stage, which makes it possible to refine the sound for you in much more detail.
You can connect this superb integrated amplifier directly to a vast range of digital sources and use its superior 24bit/192kHz high current CS4398 DAC to create an unbelievably high level of audio enjoyment with new media. The unit now includes 2 optical and 1 coaxial digital inputs (an additional optical input from the predecessor, PM6005), and the complete digital section is fully shielded by an extra metal housing to ensure that the digital stage has no effect on the analog signal.
All of the original features—such as five-line audio input including phono, two-pairs of gold-plated speaker connections with the convenience of bi-wiring, and a remote handset—are all still there. The lower impedance shielded Toroidal transformer, as well as customized components and unique Marantz HDAM modules care for powerful, dynamic and detailed original Marantz sound. In short, the new PM6006 is a new star with excellent genes.

Enjoy superb sound from your favorite analog and digital sources with the Marantz PM7005 integrated stereo amplifier. Featuring a high current discrete power output stage with current feedback (a Marantz innovation), the PM7005 is also equipped with our exclusive HDAM technology, employing proprietary circuit modules with discrete components that deliver ultra-wideband response and fast slew rate.
The versatile PM7005 features multiple analog and digital inputs, including optical and coaxial digital inputs along with a USB-B 2.0 for direct connection to computer high resolution digital audio sources. Featuring the reference-class CS4398 high resolution D/A converter, the PM7005 can decode high resolution digital audio files up to 24 bits and 192 kHz sampling. It's also compatible with DSD 2.8 MHz and 5.6 MHz high resolution files (the same system found on SACD), and the asynchronous USB-B port also features jitter removal for the most pristine sound quality.
There are multiple analog inputs, including a MM phono input, along with dual recording inputs and outputs, and the Source Direct function bypasses the balance and tone controls for the shortest signal path, while the Analog mode disables the digital circuitry when listening to analog sources.

The PM8006 offers a powerful 2x 70W into 8 ohm build, while the symmetrical circuits provide optimal imaging. To ensure the most immersive musical experience, the amplifier uses new Marantz-designed electric volume control and Marantz Musical Phono EQ preamp stage, created to obtain the purest signal from beloved vinyl by minimizing noise levels. To further remove interference, new isolating feet are used to support the amplifier, combining high density and a damping fiber.
The PM8006 also includes preamp outputs along with a power amp direct input, allowing you to use the unit as a standalone power amplifier for integration into a multi-channel home theater system.
