Evoke 10

Each speaker’s single 14cm long-throw mid/bass driver is made from MSP (Magnesium Silicate Polymer), just like all Dynaudio speakers have used for decades. They use updated surrounds to extend their throw, their frequency response and their low-frequency dynamics – all while maintaining stellar midrange performance.

Want to know the woofer’s secrets? The diaphragm is 0.4mm thin, which provides exactly the right combination of lightness, stiffness and damping to ensure optimum performance. It’s made of one piece (the dust-cap is part of the playing surface), and is bonded directly to the rigid glass-fibre voice-coil former directly under the Balance Ribs you’ll see around the centre dome. That means the whole unit moves as one, in a predictable (and carefully tuned) way, for a performance that strikes the ideal balance between bass and midrange.

Evoke 20

It’s true that you can’t have too much of a good thing. Try as you might, some good things just won’t fit in your living room – but Evoke 20 will.

Evoke 20 is a full-size stand-mounted speaker designed for almost any sized space. Its powerful 18cm mid/bass driver ensures it can flex its muscles when there’s heavy lifting to be done, while its 28mm soft-dome tweeter takes care of the fine detail. And, of course, its Danish design looks fantastic wherever you put it. It’s an ideal match.

Evoke 20 has been designed by people who love music. They’ve crafted it from hundreds of hours of intensive measuring and listening – real listening, to real music, in real rooms. So when you play your collection, you know you’re hearing what they heard… something new.

Evoke 30

Put a pair of floorstanders in your living room and even the least ‘hi-fi’ person in the world will know you mean business. Put a pair of Evoke 30 floorstanders in there and they’ll also know you have taste.

These two-and-a-half-way speakers strike the balance between compactness and restraint, and unabashed, wide-eyed enthusiasm for music.

At the head of the table is the Cerotar 28mm precision-coated soft-dome tweeter. And it’s one of our most sophisticated yet.

Our engineers plundered some of our most celebrated technologies – including ingenious airflow systems from the award-winning Esotar Forty anniversary tweeter, the precision coating found on the Contour range and the Hexis from the Confidence series (more on that in a bit) – and combined them into an original design specifically for the Evoke family.

The Cerotar is driven by an improved strontium carbonate Ferrite+ ceramic magnet system, and features the Confidence’s headline-grabbing Hexis inner dome. This ingenious little dimpled device sits right behind the soft tweeter diaphragm and reduces unwanted resonances while smoothing out the overall frequency response. The result is sweeter treble, better detail and even more clarity – and that means you can listen into the wee hours of the morning without fatigue.

Make a statement

Evoke 50 features Dynaudio’s Cerotar tweeter. It’s a ground-up design that uses key technologies from the award-winning Esotar Forty anniversary tweeter, the awesome Contour series and the all-singing, all-dancing tech-fest that is Confidence. Our engineers are very proud of it. As well they should be.

Just underneath the precision-coated dome sits an inner dome: the Hexis. This ingenious device is close enough to the back of the diaphragm that it stops unwanted resonant frequencies reflecting back to the rear of the playing surface. It smooths out the frequency response for clearer, cleaner, sweeter treble – meaning more detail, and more of those “hey, I don’t remember there being a triangle in this piece of music!” moments.

The Cerotar is powered by a strontium carbonate Ferrite+ ceramic magnet system. That gives it more sensitivity, which, in musical terms, translates simply to ‘honesty’. You’ll hear just what you’re supposed to hear. And because it’s so smooth and natural, you can listen for hours without getting tired.

Evoke 25C

Going to the movies is much better at home. You don’t have to queue, the floor isn’t sticky, and you don’t get charged through the nose for snacks. Plus, you can create a far superior audio experience. But for that, you need a centre channel.

Director Danny Boyle said that sound makes for 70-80 per cent of the movie-going experience. And when you’re watching a film, the majority of that 70-80 per cent is reproduced by the centre channel.

Evoke 25C is a dedicated centre speaker designed to integrate perfectly with any and all other speakers in the Evoke family – so you can bathe your ears in high-quality stereo just as effectively as you can shake the fillings out of your teeth with a summer blockbuster.

The two-way design has one 28mm soft-dome tweeter and twin 14cm long-throw woofers.

Triton One.R

Overview

The Triton One.R is an extraordinary reference quality loudspeaker that is a smaller, less expensive follow up to our award winning flagship, the Triton Reference. The 54″ tall Triton One.R’s upgraded technology includes a 56 bit DSP engine for the powered sub, a fully balanced crossover design, high-end film capacitors, advanced cabinet design, and much more. The Triton One.R’s built-in subwoofer section is powered by a 1600 watt GoldenEar SuperSub digital amplifier. The amp drives three racetrack shaped active subwoofer drivers with huge magnet structures, coupled to dual (per side) side-mounted 7″ x 10″ Quadratic Planar Back-Wave-Driven Radiators to extend the low frequency response. These are inertially balanced (two on each side) in order to minimize cabinet movement, for more detailed sound. The two 5.25” upper bass/midrange drivers with GoldenEar’s proprietary Multi-Vaned Phase Plug (MVPP™), incorporating a cone utilizing a special formulation of polypropylene and focused field magnet structure developed for the Triton Reference. The drivers are housed in dual discreet midrange chambers, arranged in a D’Appolito array surrounding the extraordinary GoldenEar One Reference High-Velocity Folded Ribbon AMT Tweeter, the same as used in the Triton Reference. This design incorporates 50% more neodymium magnet material than previous units, for higher efficiency and greater control.

The gorgeous cabinet is painstakingly finished in a hand-rubbed piano black lacquer. It presents itself as an exquisite, sleek, ultra-high-performance lifestyle loudspeaker that delivers extraordinary sound quality comparable with speakers selling for many times the Triton One.R’s remarkably affordable price.

END GAME Performance!

Who doesn’t want full-range performance from a loudspeaker?

The Triton One.R dig down to 13Hz, according to the company [footnote 1], and they reportedly reach that low in a slender tower that’s barely there, visually. A pair of 5-1/4″ high-definition cast-basket mid/bass drivers and three 5″ x 9″ long-throw quadratic subwoofers with the latter driven by a built-in 1,600-watt DSP-controlled subwoofer amplifier per side make that deep bass happen. And you can dial-in the amount of bass from the rear mounted subwoofer level controls.

The speaker is pure GoldenEar in its physical appearance – sleek and alluring – and carries its 80-pounds of weight well. Handling the speaker conveys a substantialness that's solid and confident; knocking on the speaker's top and sides is like knocking on concrete, many thanks to a one-piece cabinet design. And a close visual inspection reveals a spectacular piano gloss finish, soft edges, and lots of subtle angles and curves.

Triton 3+

The Triton Three+ incorporates the same advanced technologies and delivers state-of-the-art performance remarkably similar to its bigger brothers. The Triton Three+ is literally a smaller version of the award-winning Triton One and Triton Two+. It is the perfect solution for listeners looking for a more compact loudspeaker that offers equally superb performance for both high-quality two-channel systems as well as in multi-channel home theater and music systems.

Like the Triton Two+, the Triton Three+ incorporates technologies developed for the Triton One. Its built-in powered subwoofer (a technology first pioneered by GoldenEar principals Sandy Gross and Don Givogue) includes an integral 800 watt GoldenEar ForceField digital/DSP controlled power amp driving an active front-mounted long-throw 5″ x 9″ quadratic subwoofer driver. This is coupled to two opposing, inertially balanced 6-3/4″ x 8″ Quadratic Planar Back-Wave-Driven Radiators which are located on the sides, near the floor, in order to take full advantage of boundary coupling. There is one of the same 4.5″ high-definition spider-leg, cast-basket MVPP™ drivers as used in the Triton Two+, along with the same GoldenEar signature High-Velocity Folded Ribbon AMT tweeter. Performance-wise, the Triton Three+ delivers the same boxless three-dimensional imaging as the bigger Tritons. Likewise, the powerful, deep subwoofer bass blends perfectly with the silky smooth, utterly transparent midrange and high frequencies, putting many dramatically more expensive speakers to shame.
